ENGINEER POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Engineer at Genesee, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and improving our manufacturing operations. This position works closely with production, quality, and leadership teams to ensure our processes are efficient, reliable, and aligned with customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
Developing and improving manufacturing processes
Supporting production through engineering solutions
Collaborating cross-functionally to solve complex challenges
Identifying opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvement
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
