A POWERFUL NEW ADDITION TO OUR FLOOR
We’re excited to announce the newest member of the Genesee equipment family – the Minster P2-150-48, also known as the “Piece-Maker.” This press marks a major step forward in our ongoing commitment to expand capacity and improve speed. This will help us continue to stay competitive in a shifting manufacturing landscape.

As of now, the feed line has not yet been hooked up. However, when the press is relocated to its permanent spot in the facility in the coming month or so, this milestone already signals exciting momentum.
Why This Press? Strategic Fit, Smart Growth
Before bringing this press in, we did our research. Our team carefully evaluated what presses in this size range were available in today’s market. Needless to say, the Minster P2-150-48 stood out. Known for its reliability, speed, and precision, this press adds exactly what we need.

SPEED MEETS VERSATILITY
With a stroke rate of 75-150 strokes per minute (SPM), the Piece-Maker delivers a strong competitive advantage. This press strikes the right balance for our operations. This gives us both the speed and control to meet a wide range of production needs efficiently.
The 48″ x 40″ bed size and updated press controls make it not just powerful, but also adaptable and future-ready.
More Than Just a Press: A Step Toward the Future
This installation is about more than just equipment – it’s about readiness. As we continue to take on restoring and resourcing projects, this press (along with its soon-to-be-installed feed line) positions Genesee to meet demand with greater agility and consistency.

Looking Ahead: Open Capacity, New Possibilities
The added capacity gives us the flexibility to take on new programs and support reshoring efforts, which are becoming more important to our customers than ever before. This is a big step toward ensuring Genesee continues to grow in the right direction – with the right tools and the right team.

STAY TUNED!
Once the feed line is installed and the press is fully operational, we’ll be sharing more about what this means for our customers and upcoming projects.
